Pre-Design Goals
By visiting with the client we determine the wants and needs of the individual. Budget, schedule, & inspect the location.
Design Goal
After establishing how the client wants to live their Florida life we put together design options to show the client.
Develop the Designs 2nd Meeting
Using the information gathered from the client we will design alternative concepts & then present them to the clients. These options will be presented to the owner to be narrowed down.
Design Development Goal
Cultivate and develop the interior design & costs such that most of the major design decisions have been made implementing them into the final design.
Documents Goal
Prepare the technical written and graphic documents that set forth the requirements for constructing the project and obtaining necessary permitting and filing of forms.
